Cancellation Policy

2. DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, AND GHOSTING 2.1 Non-Refundable Retainer: To secure the Provider’s services and lock into the booking schedule, Client must pay a non-refundable Retainer of 50% of the total project fee. This retainer is strictly non-refundable. 2.2 Purpose of Retainer: Client acknowledges that this Retainer is not a deposit, but a fee paid to guarantee the Provider’s availability. Upon payment, Provider reserves the date exclusively for the Client and turns down all other potential inquiries for that time slot. 2.3 Pre-Delivery Payment: 100% of the invoice must be paid in full before any final, unwatermarked deliverables or raw files are released. 2.4 Late Fees: Any invoice unpaid after the due date will accrue a late fee of 10% of the total invoice per week until paid. 2.5 The 90-Day Abandonment Rule: If the final invoice remains unpaid for 90 days following the completion of services, Provider reserves the right to permanently delete all footage and project files. Provider also reserves the right to file for damages in Small Claims Court for the remaining balance plus accrued late fees. 3. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING 3.1 Forfeiture: If Client cancels the project, the 50% retainer is forfeited to the Provider. 3.2 The 24-Hour Rule: If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, NO REFUND will be issued, and the Client remains liable for 100% of the total invoice. 3.3 Rescheduling: Client is not guaranteed a reschedule. Any request to move a date is subject to Provider’s sole discretion and current availability. If granted, Client may reschedule up to two (2) times within one (1) calendar year of the original date. If Provider is already booked on the requested new date, the request is treated as a Cancellation by the Client. 3.4 Social Media Kill Fee: If a management contract is terminated early, Client must pay 30% of the remaining contract balance immediately.
